Reporting from Eureka. We are starting to dig out. 101 north is open and it is rumored that some traffic is going through the Confusion Hill slide. Still areas without power. Only about 13% of Humboldt County had power Saturday afternoon. Ours came back on at 8PM after going off at 8AM that morning.
It is starting to rain again but it looks like it is just a squall on the radar. Here is a link to the Eureka Reporter...

We have been getting rain all morning, and it is coming down rather hard at this time.
Hopefully the people who have been cleaning up their apts, homes and businesses won't have to repeat the process.
