One tiny point: Hinkley's parents are elderly, how in the world could they control him if he wigged out and decided to shoot someone again? I don't believe for one minute that he's no longer nuts. This granting of four or five overnight stays at home or wherever with a parent around to hold his leash is nonsense.

I would imagine he is "medicated" to the point that his world is "a happy place"..and there are a couple of two legged guard dogs surrounding the house, if you get my drift :)
