I think THEY thought...that they are getting one of the most famous columnists going...who became a free agent..
and they are like the Yankees...the biggest, and baddest, want all of the talent..
BUT, just like their hire of Wesley Clark..this could backfire..
I am not alone in turning the channel whenever that Clark idiot comes on Fox...and I need to remind them AGAIN..only this time, I will also tell them that I am not thrilled about Novak...
But, I am sure, like the Yankees...Fox won't care, they just want to say they got the top free agent on the market.
I will also tell them that I am not thrilled about Novak...
Novak, with the exception of a few personal quirks, has been reasonably conservative in his viewpoint most of his career. He is a good journalist, and although now old, is still pretty sharp. He was just on CNN tonite with Wolf Blitzer giving his swansong, as this was his last day with CNN. It will be interesting to see what Novak starts to say now that he will not be beholden to CNN anymore. He may start to talk more freely. He said today that he will speak about the whole Valerie Plame thing in a column as soon as Fitzgerald has folded his tent. Look forward to knowing what really happened here with Novak and what he knows that we don't. Glad he'll be on Fox when he comes forth with his version of events, rather than on CNN. We'll get a more honest commentary indeed.
I'm with you...when they have Clark on, the channel changes.
No need to listen to a moron just wanting attention.
