Let's do this! I'm excited. I'm sure I can get at least 4 or 5 more folks in and one with at least 4'puters to chip in. Also, the parental units would be easy to convice :D. We'll make our pitch this weekend,start 2006 off right.

This is just awesome, I had no Idea FR was involved with something like this.

Yes, as long as they enter 36120 in for the team number. While Free Republic has a team, the competition, and the actual science, is hosted by Stanford University.

Yeah... good healthy competition, and for a worthwhile cause..

My son isn't a FR member, but we just installed it on his computer and I put him on our team. He's crunching his first assignment now.

It's only fair...I let him use my networked cable modem for free.
