3 victims ?... I doubt that.. This guys life should be looked at.. What other opportunitys did he have and places did he live.. This could be and probably is the tip of an iceberg..
You're correct that there are probably a lot more victims out there.
Kudos to Wagner's fiance for convincing him to come forward, or the other two would have probably remained silent, too.
