I think Rush Limbaugh's point (made last week sometime to a caller who expressed the same worries about "what if Hillary is Prez?") needs to be repeated: Hillary could care less if it were lawful or not to "spy" on those who she thought of as "enemies", e.g.--the FBI files.

Exactly. Each new law, rule, regulation only hamstrings Republicans. Democrats ignore them anyway and then only use them to beat up on Republicans.
