I tried once this entropy theng. Dropped an egg on the floor, but the egg did not return to its previous state. Did I fail or did entropy fail?

I tried once this entropy theng. Dropped an egg on the floor, but the egg did not return to its previous state. Did I fail or did entropy fail? A broken egg is in a more stable state than is was before it broke, it's entropy increased when it broke.
