That they have not tried to contact us is sign of their superior civilization. Can you imagine how screwed up Humans would be WITH superior technological means of mass destruction? Perhaps we are so primitive we simply are of no interest OR perhaps they simply have not yet stumbled across us yet. The Universe is a big place. There simply is insufficient proof to decide one way or another. Basic principal often overlooked Absence of proof is NOT proof of absence.
