And now, ladies and gentlemen, I present:

A Forewarning to the Trolls

Peculiar and precocious players,
Where do they entertain,
Fearsome felines and foreign phrases?
Noblesse ladies all seen ‘round,
Their dominion, the stage,
Is one left cold and left forlorn,
Upon the wasted landscape,
Yes, here you’ll find the ashes,
A crude memorial, plainly stating,
“A troll was once among us.”

Scurra, scurra! Can’t you hear the dirges?
