I was at a wedding last October and noticed that when kids dance nowadays they don't talk, they don't touch, they don't even look at each other. It's not just kids. I did dance once this summer at a party filled with adults over the age of 25 (a lot in their 30s and 40s). Everyone just moved around without touching. The last time I danced before that was about 3 years ago at another party - and people just moved around without touching. I think the last time I actually touched someone while dancing was when we waltzed and polka-ed in high school PE class.

At this wedding I stepped out on the dance floor and people made fun of me. The next time I'm gonna take a girl along.
