Shovelling snow is physical therapy.
It isn't when your shoulder tendons are so inflammed that they are twice their normal size (at least that is what the doctor told me). My rotator cuff is also inflamed to the point that they are having troubles telling exactly what is wrong. They are hoping it's just tendonitis, but I will probably have another MRI once the swelling has gone down.
