well not much really.
I hurt my shoulder shovelling snow and at the moment I can get my hand above my head, but I can't lift anything yet.
I just started physical therapy today in hopes of avoiding surgery....

I got the same thing from pushing a car, and it still gives me fits. It was 15 years ago, and it was a racecar...
I hope you have better luck! Take care of it, OK? Do what the therapist says!
