To: Irish_Thatcherite; Monkey Face

It has to vary from state to state as I have been in county buildings here in Orange County New York and the only flags there are the U.S. flag and the State flag.

Unless one exists but has been 'hidden in antiquity as archaic'.

Some have flags and some don't, I guess.

That would be a strange concept in Ireland!!

Often, the counties can't get their stuff together to have a flag made. Basically, it's the county seal...
