Just dandy... I'm pretty much over the crud and had a good workout this morning. Turns out I've dropped 15 pounds since last October somehow. I haven't been on a scale in a month, but seeing the scale balance out at an even 250 was kind of a weird sensation.
Just 20 more pounds to go. I'll get there when I get there I guess. No hurry.
