It is a conundrum, though.

I do want this government to go after terrorists, here and abroad.

And, also safeguard our gun rights. What to do?

There is no conundrum. I want the government to go after murderers, too. And rapists. But we don't have any problem doing so within the confines of Constitutional liberty.

Many have claimed that the 'terrorists want to destroy our freedoms.' Doing it for them is not a sound strategy for victory.

If they had been doing their jobs in the first place, we wouldn't be in this mess.

I don't believe there are too many of our elected representatives that give a damn about 2nd Amendment, or the Constitution, for that matter.
