It is a beautiful thing to watch, though.
I'd like to know where this "American citizen" talk is coming from. Are they making a big leap here? Just because the phone call originates in the United States doesn't mean that the person making the call is a citizen. The Democrats are vastly over-generalizing that "citizens" are being spied upon. For all we know, they could be illegal aliens making the telephone calls.
