Free exercise of religion and free assembly are in the toilet. Free speech has been reduced to political correctness as defined by the media. The Sixth Amendment has been reduced to a joke (juries have been totally deballed). The Eighth and Fifth Amendments are for protecting criminals while property owners can take a hike. The Tenth Amendment was dead a hundred years ago. The Seventh and Ninth have been ignored. Now "Republicans" are wailing to kill what's left of the Fourth.
Take a look around you. We're nearly there.
BTW, I never said that the Second Amendment was more important than the rest; that was your inference. Nor did I say that we didn't need many of the provisions of the PATRIOT Act. Gutting the Second Amendment is non-negotiable and Congress has PLENTY of time to fix it or extend it before it expires.
Every day there is some new dire threat or bogeyman to justify in their minds and 90% of the sheep peeling back the Constitution, what the sheep and bootlickers fail to realize is that no amount of intelligence gathering will be able to prevent the people that can really hurt us from carrying out their attacks, they already know not to use any electronic means to communicate. I would bet 70% off all intercepts are disinformation or probes. The only type that these infringements on the constitution could catch are the low hanging fruit that are pretty much idiots anyway probably used by the real deal as bait and to calculate our response.
I will give Bush credit the bug zapper theory in Iraq is working great, the muzzies just can't resist flying into the meat grinder I think that us occupying Iraq is such a black eye to the muzzies that all efforts are being directed there as we are showing the world what girely boys that the "battle hardened" (MSM term) jihads are and how ineffective the "brave figthers" are. It is probably a lot harder to recruit muzzie terrorists now that we have given them a big public black eye as to their cowardly tactics (They only go after soft targets now and are killing other muzzies)
