Bush can be wrong, as you can be wrong, as everyone who hasn't looked at today's electronic communications system can be wrong.

When you are "intercepting" nearly 100% of every transmission, the use of the word "monitoring" tends to become exactly the same as "intercepting".

When you add in the time dilation factor, it's all over.

"W" will need to go back to school on this one. He was just chasing terrorists and has obviously not kept up on electronic communications capabilities.

Your definitions and ideas of the terms "intercept" and "monitor" do not match the terminology as it is used in National Security situations.

As you and many others say "Bush can be wrong", yet you fail to see that the President sees it from the inside and has the terms as they are defined by their usage, and I seriously doubt you either are, or have been, there.
