I didn't hear all of that part...people talking here in the office, but I did hear him say something about it's difficult to get a majority of people to agree (something like that), and then pointed, as an example, to the U.S. Senate.
Talking about needing a 2/3 vote to get someone put in position of power in the new Parliament. He then brought up how difficult that is.....in our own Senate.
