Question:
I see some freepers saying that the president is breaking the law and that FISA is being ignored. Didn't the president clearly say that they DID get FISA warrants dozens of times? And didn't the Attorney General and others who the president consulted with say this was a clearly legal program?
What am I missing that has some folks so upset?
Where and Who are these freepers, I would like to read their posts. I too am afraid Im missing something.
Judge Napolitano said it was clearly against the law without using a Judge.
The President says he has the power and they are saying he did not.
It will be another fight I fear..I think he will win it.
