I would withdraw all diplomats and push for a global embargo, to be lifted only when Fidel steps down, then hold free elections a la Iraq. Fidel needs to be beaten repeatedly.

Too bad we used politians instead of soldiers as our diplomats. Would be rather funny to see the cubans on the receiving end.
