We shouldn't make assumptions when we don't know what we are talking about. The fact is that there is a large community of Lebanese Australians numbering 300,000 in a country of 20 million. If you have paid close attention to news reports there is talk about Lebanese youths and so on. Lebanon is a country in which Christians make 40% of the population. Therefore the label of people of middle eastern descent is not interchangeable with Muslim.
