Yeah. I lost the weight but my mind wasn't right. Well, it wasn't right even more than usual. Atkins weirded me out.

Now I'm pretty level-headed and getting all in shape and stuff. I might even take up martial arts again!

Why aren't you trying to lose weight?

I am trying, kinda. I've actually taken up martial arts again. :)

I'm not doing any diet though, just exercise.
