it is an employer's responsibility to check a database to verify an employee's documents are valid

The IRS issues taxpayer ID numbers to illegal aliens. They do this with the full knowledge that these people are illegal, and do not report these illegal aliens to immigration.

Employers take taxes from the illegal aliens and give them to the government. If they fail to do this, the IRS will send men with guns to arrest them. That is the way it is now.

You want to add even more government redtape to the problem created by goverment. Don't blame employers...blame the IRS.
