As far as I'm concerned, if one of our soldiers dies because the enemy is enboldened due to Democrat rhetoric, it's TREASON. I have a sad feeling that such has happened multiple times now.
THAT constitutes Treason.
Having some idiot asshole like Dean mouth off does not constitute treason...as much as I would like it to be.
We need to be careful in our use of the term "Treason". It IS a serious offense and to banter it about and apply it to everyone we don't like...or those whose words we don't like is not the right way to go about it.
One of the main differences between our Nation and those such as the Soviet Union...or Nazi Germany...or the current China is that HERE you can speak your mind...even thoughts that such idiots as Dean and Murtha have expoused.
