I used to live in Seattle about halfway between Seatac and Boeing Field. 747's were always taking off and landing. I love watching those planes in the air. They are so stately, like ocean liners of the sky.

It just sucks to travel in them (if you are flying coach, that is).

I love the beach! For me, it's a two-fer!

I've flown Southwest, always interesting. I'm glad the plane came to a safe stop, it was a freakin' blizzard there, per the footage on FOX. The Southwest pilots have quite a tongue in cheek sense of humor, I wonder if they had any quips once they realized all onboard were safe?
