Yes, it was a horrible ice storm followed by 12+ inches of snow in some areas. Some towns have been without power for 10 days and counting. No small thing for the farmers and ranchers affected by this!
This is info from people supplying relief crews. Snow/ice or whatever, they have a major problem. It isn't very warm right now.
