Well, there are a number of reasons that might be in play.
First, there are no strings whatever attached to a session with one of these male prostitutes.
Second, you'd be pretty much guaranteed that they knew what they were doing...not something the women could count on picking up some guy at a bar. When you're paying, you can expect a certain amount of satisfaction for your money. The guy you pick up in the bar? Well...who knows?
Third, odds are that the guys at the brothel are free of noxious diseases and that they know how to and will use a condom. Who knows what the guy in the bar has been up to.
Fourth, the brothel guys are probably not going to just jump their bones and roll off. This one's pretty important, I'd guess, having talked to a few women who have had brief encounters in Vegas.
There are other reasons, too, but that's a start. Women who pick up men in bars are generally disappointed in the results, from what I hear.
One other thought about a reason:
Men often use prostitutes because the prostitute will do things that their wives or girlfriends won't do.
The same would hold true here, I'd guess.
I'll leave it to you to think of what sorts of things I'm talking about.
