STOP BUYING and START MAKING your gifts. Go minimal for the next couple of years, tithe at your church instead of Wal-Mart, and leave the bulk of present giving to Birthdays and Anniversaries.

That line of reasoning worked so well for us in regards to the movie industry. Us Christians stopped going to movies back in the '60s because they were getting so bad. Yep, Hollywood straightened right out, and movies got more and more wholesome over the next several decades as a result.

I think you may see a shift to more wholesome movies over the next few years because conservatives have stopped going to the theaters. Matter of fact, it's getting so bad at the theaters that the movie bigwigs are thinking about taking mainstream, "A" list movies out of the theater and going straight to DVD. They say it's a way to capitalize on the advertising, but I say its because people simply aren't going to the theaters anymore.
