I need to check but I don't think what the NYC Public Schools are doing has reached the Federal Court level. Could be wrong but I doubt it. Look what my point is can't be argued. The left use the courts to go around what they cannot get through on a ballot. Plain and simple. Majority does not have a thing to do with it. There are many of examples to prove my point. Notice that I am not anti -Jew either. I have no problem with them as a culture, race or religion. I do have a problem with zealots in any religion trying to take away my heritage beliefs and rights. And Yes there are radical Christians who are just as bad and guilty.

Cases need not go up individually.
If a school did something in Texas lets say, and a Federal Court there ruled a certain way, a ruling which was not overturned, then a school district in NYC would be advised by their counsel to follow that Texas decision or risk their own lawsuit.
That's what makes religion cases uniform nationwide.
And I go back to my original point. Even if it was the aim of every single Jewish lawyer and judge to make these laws anti Christian, they would be unable.
Which makes you right and the author wrong.
