The judge left in the charge that was obtained by misconduct. Very interesting...

On the other hand, I can't believe he would uphold that count unless he knew that he was going to whitewash the prosecutor's actions.

I was hoping all the charges would be dismissed. I was also under the impression that DeLay asked for a change of venue and a speedy trial. If the Money Laundering charge is left intact, but venue is changed and the trial date set for early January, this would still be a victory for DeLay.
