Cokie "GWB has to talk about the good economy......because the war has gone south and when people try to use their prescription drug benefit they will find it isn't there"

Do you get her point? If you do, please explain it to me :)

Ahhh ... it's the double slam play against the President

The prescription drug benefit is starting to gear up and take effect

This was a scare Grannie that Republicans want her to be without her meds and living on the streets ... that is after the mean evil President throws her down the stairs

Do you remember a few years back and the DNC cartoon commercial about social security?

I also remember the Bush Administration tried to put commercials on TV to explain the prescription coverage to seniors...and the dems screamed bloody murder...

The wanted his head for that...calling it "campaign" information..and blasted him for using government money to pay for them..

Consequently, most seniors don't have a clue about the whole thing...

Yes, I do remember that commercial.....wasn't the president pushing the old lady right off a cliff in her wheel chair?
But this time, with an economy rocketing up, grannie can hire somebody to interpret the PDR for her for comparable drugs, pay them to go to the store and buy them, and then use the rest of her interest to play bingo & eat bon bons!
