Yes, I recall that he got in trouble again in the US. Well I suppose that once you go through the Singapore system, the U.S. system is a bit less of a deterrent (more like a joke).

Do Singapore's policies really serve as so much of a better deterrent than ours? They do after all have a higher per capita number of heroin addicts than we do. Maybe that's because it is produced all around them. But still, to claim their policies are so much more effective than those in our country would be incorrect.
