The DUmmies aren't going to like this. Chavez is their hero and they went nuts when some had the audacity to make charges of vote fraud in his last election.
Another reason the Democrats aren't going to like it is that it is part of their plan for 2008. (They will probably not try it in 2006 because the '08 election is much more important.) Election fraud is their best bet to win and electronic machines are their vehicle of choice.
