Reminds me of the cartoon I saw near the beginning of Bill Clinton's presidency, when Gore was going through the "reducing the size of government" charade. Clinton and Al Gore are cavemen in skins, and Clinton's pointing at a square wheel. Cllinton says 'That wheel doesn't work. Make it smaller'.
