What about Canadians?
If you want to go to Canada for a fishing trip, do you feel you have the right?
Entering LEGALLY, and buying the appropriate Canadian fishing license, and observing their catch limits. Yes. But Flouting any of the above, particularly the entrance issue...entitles the violator to absolutely no such sense of "right". And in fact, a quick trip to the Hoose-gow, escorted by the Mounties.
