There is a delay. The AP writers are finding out from the FBI what they are supposed to write. /s Probably 100% true. The initial report got past a sleepy editor, who may get fired, and once the FBI heard the broadcast, they flipped out and made the standard "STFU" call to ABC, Now we'll probably never hear another word about it.
