Home of LAX
Considered to be the gateway to Southern California, Westchester is home to Los Angeles International Airport and the aerospace industry. Westchester is a charming area where families live and raise their children. The community promotes a sense of belonging that has contributed to its growth. The central business district is located between Sepulveda Blvd. and 92nd Street. It provides a wide range of commercial and retail businesses while Century Boulevard's busy thoroughfare is home to numerous hotels and shops. As with any thriving community, restaurants abound in Westchester. One of the most unusual is the Theme restaurant at the Los Angeles International Airport. It is a world famous landmark and its unique architecture stands out and is easily recognizable to residents and visitors alike. The building's observation deck offers a 360-degree view of LAX. As a family oriented area, The Westchester Park and adjacent Westchester Golf Course offers fun for the entire family. The park provides baseball diamonds, basketball and tennis courts, and a swimming pool. It also hosts various events over the course of the year. The golf course is a 15-hole course, par 3 and 4, and perfect for golfers with any level of experience. For the history buff, the city is home to the Centinela Adobe and Centinela Valley Heritage Center Built in 1834, the adobe serves as a museum of period furniture and farming. The heritage center features Victorian era antiques gathered from the area's mansions.

I lived in Culver City and worked in Marina Del Rey for several years.
City boundaries in LA are a maze of pockets, corridors, and unintelligible number changes.
