That's him good old "rosty". He is the same type as Murtha, good old boy,everyone's buddy (kickbacks)and I know there has to be plenty of "antiques" in this guy's closet. I think his age is no advantage because he rambles like he is senile, and they have to keep him off the airways because he sounds a bit daft.
