No child that age should be ready for sex. I'd make it clear to any daughter of mine she will not be allowed to have a boyfriend til she's 16 and then only under strict oversight. She'll rebel but thank me for it when she's ready to leave home for college. Its the values, stupid.

16 was our rule and we stuck by it.

Speaking as a male who bedded a lot of girls from strict parents, I can say with authority that the watchful parents weren't the successful parents. The ones that succeeded at foiling me, and those like me, were the ones who raised girls that said no, no matter how far out of sight they were from mommy and daddy. Usually these were girls who enjoyed their parents trust. Overly strict parents raised the easiest daughters. You could more easily tweak their rebellion button.
