Except for that whole rifle/horse thing.Yes but can any example from amongst the warring natives of a ferrier be cited? Without ferriers and blacksmiths, the horse was used merely for transportation until it could no longer provide transportation at which point it would be eaten.
Similarly, from amongst the warring peoples, can any example of a native blacksmith be cited? Any gunmakers?

Custer found out about that. Crazy Horse's warriors not only outnumbered the troopers, but they had more repeating rifles. Cavalry Trapdoor Springfields vs. Sioux Henry rifles and 1866 Winchesters makes for dead cavalry.
