To: Third Order
America is no longer the country it used to be. There are millions of people living in the U.S. from third world countries and elsewhere. These people come from a lower social, educational, economic and cultural level and cannot be trusted to carry a concealed gun.
The population of the U. S. is no longer one that has respect for law and order and for individual responsibility. As a civilization we have gone back into the past. It's called multiculturalism.
Such a populace must be ruled by iron police-state laws and given no room for making individual judgments.
Only those Americans who can show citizenship, and pass a strict means test that shows high repute should be allowed to carry.
Sad but true.

Um, is there a real problem with illegal immigrants applying for CCW permits? Around here, most wouldn't, if for no other reason than those pesky fingerprint cards...

I've heard of an occasional twitchy finger resulting in a double key tap and therefore a double entry, but... oh, my! Eight duplicate entries!
