citing the retailer's decision to ban Salvation Army kettles would that be the same salvation army who's kettle guard wished me "Happy Holiday" last week and I promptly corrected him with Merry Christmas ?

That would be the same as the the Salvation Army ringer that said "God Bless You" when I gave him my contribution. He was genuinely thankful and it made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside too!
