The religous conservatives have been making fools of themselves all year: from Terri Shiavo, to intelligent design, to this ridiculous demand that everyone in the world greet them with "Merry Christmas."

The sooner they leave the party, the better.

An ex-husband who had role as his former wife's guardian (he had abandoned the marriage as an "inconvenience" and shacked up with another woman) SAYS years later that she wanted to die. Her own parents offered to take custody and the husband refused. She was worth millions to him. In the absence of a legal document, his word was enough to have her starved to death.

In your view God may exist, but He had nothing to do with life in the universe. Must have come as a surprise. How did He evolve into being?

No FReepers are demanding that they be greeted at every business with Merry Christmas, but when an established retailed slowly changes their practices towards some groups and away from others, we will bring attention to this change when we are among the groups cast aside.

Awfully new to FR to be demanding that we leave the party. Maybe the RINOs should consider forming a third party since they aren't left enough to be socialist democrats these days but abhor Christians.
