Sorry, but this is BS. If one looks at the image on Drudge, you'll see the superimposed words don't start over the CNN logo like in your rendition..
I've tried pallette swapping, pallete stepping, denoising and edge detection, and everything in between. I've tried every method of image enhacement I can (and this is the sort of thing I do for a living!) but I still can't really decipher it. This is the clearest enhancement I can get:
The last part is DEFINITELY "of black" or "or black" Without a higher resolution, better quality screengrab I just can't do any better. Anybody have one?
