CNN X's Cheney's face but what about the small hidden text

According to Matt Drudge, "A careful review of the tape also shows a white colored 'X' transposed over Cheney's face during the speech as well." ...but what about the text below? What does the fine print below the big X say? Does it shed additional light on the sinister plot by CNN to make a mockery of the Vice President's important address to the American Enterprise Institute and the nation?

No I'm not a racist! The capital W in white versus the lowercase b in black was just a technical slip-up.

As much as I hate CNN, I'm not convinced they did anything intentionally here. A lot of weird things happen with technology. They've done so many things blatantly, I don't know why they would bother to hide this.

That was a paid political ad by the Republican party, not a live feed from an allegedly disinterested news network.

I think that's a Rush song... I can't recall, I never was a big fan of them.

I wasn't aware we were playing a game. I avoid playing with children...they tend to be very obnoxious and self-centered.

"And we rightfully called them silly."
And we still rightfully call them 'Rats - they made it obvious that the shoe fits.

(This tagline for rent - cheap!)
I've tried pallette swapping, pallete stepping, denoising and edge detection, and everything in between. I've tried every method of image enhacement I can (and this is the sort of thing I do for a living!) but I still can't really decipher it. This is the clearest enhancement I can get:
The last part is DEFINITELY "of black" or "or black" Without a higher resolution, better quality screengrab I just can't do any better. Anybody have one?
