Can they just march into that dick, Parsons 50 million dollar office over looking the park and haul him before some kind of committee?
Can you imagine how the left wing,Cut& Run's would have reacted if Fox had put an "X" over Fat Teddy's huge mug?

CNN is a cable network. It doesn't have a broadcast license (like your local ABC/CBS/NBC/FOX/UPN/WB/PBS/Telemundo/Univision/PAX, etc. over-the-air station does).

That doesn't meant that the FCC doesn't have some minimal regulatory oversight, though.
