I have to wonder what sort of mindset that Vorenus will be in when (and if) the series continues. He was always very loyal to the Republic and his sense of morality may make him sympathetic to the restoration of the republic.
It will also be interesting to see if Vorenus hold any ill will toward Pullo or Octavian for their actions. I know that they were trying to help him but Vorenus is a complicated man and someone else impregnating your wife can confuse a man.
