Legal questions:
If John Doe publicly calls for the murder of Professor John Daly, would that not be a crime?
If it is a crime, then why has John Daly not been criminally charged with solicitation of murder when he calls for the murder of American military leaders?

PS: I have a ping list if anyone wants on or off: "Tyranny of Liberal Academia"
Only if the threat was credible, and only if it were against a specific person.
So, if someone with a shotgun in their hand, said that John Daly should die, that would be a crime. If some drunk ranting idiot said it, probably not.
And it definately wouldn't be a crime, to say 'College Students should murder their professors'. It's too generic.
So he's not guilty of a crime, he's merely guilty of being an a$$hole.
