The funniest moment of the evening was when Lantos got up and had a parliamentary inquiry and asked the Chair "Correct me if I am wrong, are we debating Murtha's bill or Hunter's bill?", and the Chair said "Correct. It's up for debate" and the whole chamber erupted. LOL!
